TERM AND CONDITION OF PERSONAL LOAN
You shall and are advised to carefully read and understand our terms and conditions below (hereinafter called the "Terms") before deciding to apply for loan through our Mobile Application (SHG Mobile App).
1. PRODUCT FEATURES
- Maximum Loan Amount : 100USD - 60,000 USD
- Interest rate : 18% p.a.
- Term : 6 months - 72 months

Loan management fee : 0.1% (minimum 5$)
2. DEFINTION
- RURAL CREDIT INSTITUTION refers to S.H.G FINANCE PLC., a company registered under the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
- CREDIT APPLICANT refers to person who applies for personal loan by using SHG Mobile App and agrees with the process of loan application until loan is denied or successful.
- BASIC INFORMATION refers to the information and other necessary documents provided by Credit Applicant to Rural Credit Institution using SHG Mobile App for the purpose of credit evaluation, in which the information may include name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, address, occupation, financial statements, and other supporting documents.
- ZILLENNUIM CO., LTD. refers to the companies are subsidiaries and classified as companies under ZILLENNUIM CO., LTD ., and list of companies can be changed and modified at any time.
- BUSINESS PARTNERS refer to business partners related to ZILLENNUIM CO., LTD..
- ZPOIN ACCOUNT refers to S.H.G FINANCE PLC. Account that you are holding including payroll account, Hattha bank account and other accounts that you have requested loan at S.H.G FINANCE PLC..
- SHG MOBILE APP refers to application on mobile phone that is exclusively belonged to Rural Credit Institution, which is a tool that you can use to apply for loan application.
- KYC (Know Your Client) refers to details information of clients contained in the Mobile App applicable for loan recognition and approval.
3. CONDITIONS FOR CREDIT APPLICATION
You may apply for loan by fulfilling the conditions as follows :
(1) Be at least 18 years old ;
(2) Hold Khmer Nationality;
(3) For foreigners living in Cambodia, have a valid Visa for more than 180 days (6 months).
(4) Have sufficient documents to fulfill loan requirement.
(5) Have ZPoin Account with S.H.G FINANCE PLC..
(6) Open new Account or have existing Account with Hattha bank account business partner of S.H.G FINANCE PLC . and such account shall be active.
(7) Be a current employee of ZILLENNUIM CO., LTD. , or its subsidiaries or its business partner related when applying for loan.
(8) Download and install ZPoin App, Hattha Bank Mobile App and SHG Mobile App before applying for loan. We reserve the rights to grant or deny loan at our discretion.
4. CUSTOMER CONSENT
Before using this service, you have agreed as follows:
- You have read and verified the terms and conditions carefully.
- You agreed to accept all the Terms.
- You have assessed and clearly understood about this loan service. You shall obtain consultation financial or independent taxes expert before applying for loan. You agreed to comply laws and regulations in force, and other guidelines related to security procedure as required for credit application.
- You warrant that you have sufficient legal capacity to apply this loan service.
- We reserve rights to modify or update on these Terms at any time by providing notice via SHG Mobile A pp . In such case, if you continue using our App, it is assumed that you agree on the modified the Terms.
5. KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER
You are required to provide information and supporting documents for the purpose of KYC as required by laws and regulations
6. CREDIT SIZE
Rural Credit Institution will assess your information provided through SHG Mobile App and may require some additional information for approving your credit amount. Such information will be used for credit valuation for a single application.
7. SERVICE CHARGE
You agree to pay any service fee set out by S.H.G FINANCE PLC., and allow the Rural Credit Institution to deduct such fees from your account directly without any prior notice.
8. CREDIT DISBURSMENT
Rural Credit Institution agreed to disburse your credit via Hattha Bank Account or other business partners of Rural Credit Institution in case loan agreement and credit supporting documents are fully completed. Credit Disbursement is a one-time and full-time.
9. DURATION OF CREDIT
Each loan consist of a specified duration. you may choose available options provided in the SHG Mobile App.
10. INTEREST RATE
Y ou agree to repay to the principal and interest to Rural Credit Institution following the interest rate and conditions that you accepted.
11. LOAN REPAYMENT
Credit repayment including principal amount and interest shall be made on your salary payday as specified in the repayment schedule (each monthly repayment is fixed). Rural Credit Institution is entitled to deduct the amount on the due repayment date directly from your ZPoin account. In case your balance is not sufficient, you have obligation to deposit credit into your ZPoin Account.
12. VIOLATION OF THE TERMS
You are considered to have violated the Terms if:
(1) You materially violate the provision of the Terms.
(2) Any repayment of interests, administration fees, and/or any installments was not made on the due date.
(3) Rural Credit Institution has reasonable evidence that you carry out fraudulent act, falsify the information or other supporting documents purposely in order to obtain loan approval. In case that you violate the condition provided above , Rural Credit Institution reserves rights to take administrative measures and legal actions against you. In addition, Rural Credit Institution will no longer allow you to apply for any loan at S.H.G FINANCE PLC.
13. VALID PERIOD
This Terms shall be entered into forced when you agreed in the box below.
14. ACCOUNT CEASURE AND DELETION
You may delete your account by yourself at the office of Rural Credit Institution. Your account may also be deleted in accordance with the provision of laws. Before your account is deleted, you shall withdraw all remaining amount from account, otherwise the remaining amount will be disposed in accordance with the provision of laws.
15. LIMITED LIABILITY
Rural Credit Institution will make an effort to ensure the security and integrity of SHG Mobile App. However, in the event of technical error or default, Rural Credit Institution will commit to adjust as fast as possible. It is wise to acknowledge that any transfer, storage and data record may be disturbed or stolen by a third party. In such a case, Rural Credit Institution will take immediate administrative action; however, we will not be responsible for any loss occurred on the customer arising from any interruption, technical error, violation made by any third party or infected from any computer viruses.
1 6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
When using this mobile app, you shall carefully verify the information. You are responsible for any pressing the button in this mobile App.
17. E-SIGNATURE RECOGNITION
You fully understand and acknowledge that entering the code via (SMS) or password (PIN) from your ZPoin Account is an electronic signature valid under law. In addition, you shall visit our office to conclude a separate loan agreement, if required.
18. INFORMATION USAGE AND SHARING
You hereby allow Rural Credit Institution to check and extract your personal and credit information from CREDIT BUREAU (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD. (“CBC”) and share such information to other credit institution partners. You also agreed that Rural Credit Institution may keep your information and data for business transaction at present and in the future.
19. DISCLAIMER
You agree to use SHG Mobile App and loan service by accepting all Terms stated herein. Our directors, staffs, and subsidiaries of SHG Mobile App, service provider, information provider, and other related person/entity shall not be held liable for any loss or claim directly or indirectly, at present or in the future, arising from usage or dependency on information or contents on SHG Mobile App, its production, distribution, display, modification, deletion, default, or malfunction etc. In case, our disclaimer does not comply with any law or regulation in the Kingdom of Cambodia or if our warranties lead to any prejudices, we will at our best effort attempt to adjust our warranty terms accordingly. In case any claim against us shall not be exempted, we will only take responsibility in the minimum extent as required by law.
20. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The usage of our SHG Mobile App, and the application of the entire Terms here in shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. If a dispute arises between you and Rural Credit Institution regarding any of these Terms, at first, an amicable discussion shall be made between Parties in an attempt to reach an appropriate solution that is efficient and cost-effective within three (3) months. Parties shall negotiate and exercise maximum restraints to compromise and rectify the acts, in a spirit of cooperation and friendship, without having to resort to a third-party. However, if the dispute cannot be resolved after three (3) months, any Party can eventually be referred to the applicable jurisdiction of the Courts in Cambodia.
21. OTHER CONDITIONS
Invalidity or inapplicability of any provision in these Terms shall not affect other provisions. This Terms herein shall create obligations for the successor or representative, and assignor of both the borrower and Rural Credit Institution. This Terms were made in Khmer and English Languages with equal value. In the event of controversy between the two languages, Khmer language shall prevail.
22. SEVERABILI TY
All provisions, conditions, and obligations referred herein represent as the entire agreement between you and Rural Credit Institution. Any prior agreement or understanding, if any, which is not included in these conditions shall not be enforceable. In the case, there is any discrepancy between the newer terms and the older terms, the newer terms shall prevail.
