SHG Mobile App is a mobile application with multi features that allows users to request and access to personal loan and transact the loan repayment from anywhere through internet. Using SHG Mobile App, users can register for a user account for personal loan by creating an account and fill the loan application.

For all of your transactions you can review and check it in your notification functions in SHG Mobile App.

To view loan repayment history and schedule please follow the instruction below:

• Click on the contract info in the loan information screen
• In the screen loan repayment choose repayment schedule
• View your repayment history and schedule

• Open SHG mobile application in your device
• Click on profile
• In loan information choose application
• Click on the button at the right side of your loan application
• Edit your loan information or attachments
• Review the loan application and tick in the box I hereby declare that the information presented above is true and accurate.
• Submit your loan application
• The status of your application will be updated from “New” to “Updated”

Customers are able to pay-off the loan by in the instruction as below:

• Click on the contract info in the loan information screen
• In loan repayment screen, choose pay-off.
• Click on pay-off.
• Waiting for SHG team review payment and accept your requesting to pay-off loan.
